Wow! It has been almost a year since the last Miracle of the Roses update, but I am sure that you have seen a lot of movement across the Route 17 side of our
property. The outside of the building has been blocked and sided, a new roof has been put on the social side of the building and windows and doors have been installed…and that is just the outside!

Inside the building is unrecognizable from the last time you were in it before the renovation construction started. All new HVAC ductwork has been installed
and as of May 1, 90% of the new light fixtures are in. Our new beautiful kitchen is complete with the accessories being installed now. The new fire
suppression system sprinklers are close to being finished. Drywall has been put up and painted and the flooring is being prepared to go down this month.
In our new and improved St. John Paul II Center, the stage is up and handrails have been installed. The new bathroom pod (men’s, women’s and family
bathrooms) are almost complete with the accessories being installed now. Our new mechanical room is in place with a brand-new boiler, new water heater
and new HVAC system. The water line should be on line and supplying water to the new building area soon.

Block is continuing to be laid around the rest of the new structure… There will be a Miracle of the Roses Open House for the entire parish, young
and old, Friday, May 30, the feast day of St. Joan of Arc herself! All are welcome from 6 PM through 8 PM for a great experience of walking through the
new structure on Route 17, Phase 1. All will be amazed at the beauty and grandeur and the opportunity this beautiful new facility offers St. Joan of Arc!
Walk throughs with activities and light foods will be available from 6 PM through 8 PM as people arrive. Christ is risen, alleluia!
